How launch enquiries are handled.

Views Ahead collects only the information you choose to submit through a library access request or consulting application. It is used to assess your request, contact you, provide access, and administer the resulting customer relationship.

Information collected

This may include your name, email address, business or channel name, YouTube channel URL, goals, current situation, previous attempts, available capacity, and application answers.

Storage and access

Submitted information is stored in the website's private operational database. It is available to Tim Hunt for launch administration and is not added to the future AI adviser's knowledge base.

Payments and accounts

No card information is collected by this website during the initial manual-enrolment process. Course access is associated with the email used to sign in after activation.

Deletion

You may request correction or deletion by replying to the email correspondence associated with your request. Records may be retained where reasonably required for customer administration, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Future AI service

The proposed AI Adviser is not part of the current paid launch. Separate upload, retention and deletion terms will be published before that product accepts customer material.
